Tour of Campus

Thompson Hall

One of the oldest buildings on campus, Thompson Hall is also home to modern learning technology. For example, in the foreign language lab students have access to video, computer, and digital equipment that turns learning a new language into a multimedia experience. The building also houses College of Liberal Arts administration offices and the Department of Foreign Languages and Cultures.

Across a sweeping, tree-lined lawn from Thompson Hall is Bryan Hall, where the philosophy department and study-abroad programs reside beneath the majestic clock tower. Next to Bryan sits Avery Hall, home to the English department and a computer lab where writing, literature, and multimedia technology fuse in unique collaboration.
