Olympia Avenue
Green, comfortable living. Olympia Avenue is the University's newest, boasting high-tech amenities, modern décor, and eco-friendly materials.
The ground floor of this co-ed residence hall holds a central two-story lounge with a gas fireplace, classroom, meeting room, media center, and other public functions designed to encourage interaction. These spaces open to a large outdoor plaza on the west side and gardens to the east that showcase native Palouse vegetation.
Every floor is equipped with a central "active" lounge focused on the main plaza below and a quiet study lounge with campus views.
