Holland and Terrell Libraries
The Holland and Terrell Libraries house collections in humanities, social sciences, fine arts, and business. The Holland and Terrell Libraries consist of two interconnected buildings—Holland Library and the newer Terrell Library—that form the largest of the University's library facilities.
Together with the Owen Science Library (which is the largest of its kind in the Northwest US), the Holland and Terrell Libraries form one of the largest and most advanced library systems in the Pacific Northwest, offering a collection of well over 2 million books, access to dozens of specialized web-based resources, and personalized reference and research services.
Terrell Library is also a campus landmark; its 60-foot skylight dome overlooks the heart of campus, and the lush lawn of Holland Plaza offers a gathering place complete with a view of the Palouse and Kamiak Butte.
